上海消防部队“119”通信员，为确保每次出警行动做到“稳、准、快”，对辖区内的每条马路、每个里弄包括企事业单位，都要通过不厌其烦的穿街走巷，将道路和水源情况一一熟记于脑。他们被称为：城市活地图，“119”先行者。

多年来，上海消防部门持续加大对城市历史风貌区特别是石库门老式居民楼的安全保护的力度。在联合有关方面积极投入改善风貌区居民生活和消防安全环境建设的同时，又增强了消防安全科普的实事工程。通过针对性的消防安全逃生演练，让风貌区居民获得了民生安全的幸福感。图为被称为上海历史风貌和石库门里弄生活的“活化石”——田子坊。
